Yes, white smoke and overheating can definitely be a problem with the water pump, but it can also be something caused by the radiator. If your radiator is out, it can be a huge problem as well. To see if it is one or the other, pour coolant into the radiator to see if it leaks out. If it does, it is most likely the radiator!]]></description>
